We will construct and maintain an information security management system to uphold and enhance information security within our company.

We will develop internal procedures concerning information security, disseminating clear guidelines throughout the organization to ensure the protection and appropriate management of information assets.

We acknowledge the importance of all information assets held, assess risks from the perspectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and strive to protect the information assets appropriately under the information security framework.

4．Enhancing information security literacy

We will strive to enhance the information security literacy of all employees and conduct regular information security education sessions.

5．Enhancement of management systems for business outsourcing partners

We will thoroughly evaluate the qualifications of our outsourcing partners and require them to uphold security standards equivalent to our own.

6．Response to security incidents and accidents

In the event of a security incident or accident,  or if there are indications of one, we will promptly initiate response procedures.

7．Implementation of continuous improvement

We will implement continuous improvement of this policy through regular evaluation and review of the initiatives mentioned above.
