Employee One Year After Joining(Ishii)

Skills at the Time of Joining the Company

In my previous role, I also worked in the management department, but HR and accounting were strictly separated into different departments. The tasks were fairly routine, and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to enhance my skills. It was then that I came across Rapide Act. I thought that the management department at RapidoAct covered a wide range of tasks, offering various experiences.

Concerns Before Working in the Company

The responsibilities of the management department differ from company to company. At my previous job, I performed the same limited tasks daily. I was worried whether I could keep up with the work after joining and if I could match the proficiency of the highly competent and self-reliant employees there.

Current Job Responsibilities

Currently, I am mainly involved in HR tasks. Additionally, I handle invoice checks and document submissions. With the broader scope of work, there are many things to learn and respond to. While there are routine tasks every month, many unexpected tasks also arise, requiring flexible responses.

Changes After Joining the Company

Previously, I followed a set routine and completed tasks daily without worrying about time or deadlines. However, now I always check deadlines and schedule my tasks accordingly to meet them. Instead of working individually, I progress tasks as part of the "management department", making coordination with others crucial. As a result, I have become more mindful of checking and sharing progress during morning meetings and throughout the workday.

Goals After One Year at the Company

It has been a year since I joined, and I am currently studying to obtain certifications to deepen my knowledge of Linux. This is not only because I believe it will be useful for my current and future projects but also because it is important for my career development. In the future, I aim to proactively learn not only about Linux but also about overall IT infrastructure. I want to gain a broad range of knowledge to better understand systems and perform my duties more effectively.
