当社では、厚生労働省より公開されているストレスチェックを全社員に対し定期的に実施しています。
個々のストレス早期発見により、精神疾患の予防および抑止が目的です。
自身でも気付けていない潜在的なストレスはあります。一緒に健康に働くための取り組みや改善を行いましょう。
月末に全社員が集まり、会社の動向や会社からの連絡事項を周知しています。
個々の業務については一人一人の発表形式で報告しており、各社員の仕事内容の共有、業務上において問題や悩みがある場合は、解決するためのアドバイスを行っています。
周りの社員の話を聞いて、特定の技術に対する興味が生まれたり、類似の失敗をしないための情報収集をして欲しい、という思いから「発表形式」を採用しています。
報告会後には、任意参加で、社員だけでの親睦会を開催していますので、普段関わることが少ない上司や先輩、後輩と色々な話をして欲しいです。
月に１回、社内報をメール形式で配信しています。

デスクワークで運動不足になってしまう中、カラダを楽しく動かそうということから、
福岡市の「健康宣言事業所」での取り組みの一環として、ボウリングイベントを定期的に行っています。
また、数名で集まってボルダリングなども不定期開催しております！
みんなで体を動かすと、やっぱり楽しいですね。

実は、コミュニケーション能力はIT業界で仕事をする上でとても大事な能力です。
チームとして仕事をする、仕事での懸案、課題を解決していくためには、相手の意見をしっかり聞く、自身の意見をしっかり伝えるという当たり前のことがとても重要です。
周囲としっかり意見交換が出来るという、当たり前のことを当たり前に出来る技術者であって欲しいという思いから、定期的にグループディスカッションを実施しています。
会社設立後、毎年行っている一大イベントです。
職場以外の場所で、旅行先での楽しいイベント等を通して、社員同士の絆が深められること間違いなしです！
ただの行事でなく、思い出とリフレッシュの時間となるよう、毎年、念入りに事前計画をしています。
